सबसे पहले तो हमने Bank से संपर्क करना है और उनसे विस्तृत जानकारी लेनी है कि हमारा Bank Account क्यों Freeze किया गया है, किस Cyber Cell ने Freeze किया है, हमारे Cyber Cell की संपर्क विवरण क्या है, Complaint No. क्या है, और लेनदेन क्या है, जिसकी वजह से हमारा Bank Account Freeze हुआ है।

अब Bank से सारी जानकारी मिलने के बाद Delhi Cyber Cell में संपर्क करें, उनको सारी जानकारी दें और अपना Document Submit करें।

ये सारी जानकारी या दस्तावेज आप उनको मेल के माध्यम से Submit कर सकते हैं, लेकिन कई बार Cyber Cell अधिकारी बिना Notice भेजें, हमको Cyber Cell में Visit करने के लिए फोर्स करते हैं ऐसे में अगर आप वहां Visit नहीं करना चाहते हैं तो आप एक अच्छे Advocate की मदद ले सकते हैं जो आपके आपकी तरफ से Lawyer जायेंगे और Cyber Cell में Visit करके आपका Bank Account Unfreeze कराते हैं।

Request भेजने वालो का Scammers का active गैंग होता है फिर वो आपके पास Message भेजेंगे। फिर बो आपसे बात करेंगे फिर आपको WhatsApp पर ले जायेंगे और उसके बाद आपको Video Call करने के लिए कहा जाएगा। जैसे ही आप Video Call करेंगे तो वहां एक Nude लड़की होगी, फिर वे आपकी Video Call Record कर लेंगे और फिर आपके रिश्तेदारों or social media पर Video भेजने की धमकी देंगे और पैसे के लिए Blackmail करेंगे। पैसे नहीं देने की बात कहने पर Screenshot को Social Media पर वायरल करने की धमकी देने लगेगी. कई Case में पैसे ना देने पर Scammers Porn Site पर भी यूजर के Screenshot को Post कर देते हैं

Video Call धोखाधड़ी और Black Mail से स्वयं को सुरक्षित रखना

हालाँकि Video Call धोखाधड़ी और Blackmail गंभीर चिंताएँ हैं, फिर भी आप अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए कुछ कदम उठा सकते हैं:

जब भी आपको रात के समय Video Call आए तो कभी न उठाएं
